Thermo King announced that it approves the use of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO*) fossil-free, diesel fuel as a more sustainable fuel alternative to power its truck and trailer refrigeration units. Abu Dhabi Shipbuilding (ADSB) won a Dhs3.5 billion contract by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and UAE Navy, to build four Falaj 3-class Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs). FedEx Express announced the arrival of a second dedicated charter flight carrying critical medical aid to India. This is part of the company’s continuous relief efforts to support India’s fight against the recent COVID-19 surge. Supply chain solutions company CHEP has signed a two-year full participating agreement with Saudi Arabian supermarket firm Sadhan Group, operator of SPAR Saudi Arabia and Al Sadhan Trading.
