Ashok handles multiple E & M Projects, which includes, MEP Projects in Fit out segment, EPC Projects of Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore fields). Five major projects are undergoing in Oil & Gas segment with ADMA OPCO, ADNOC Gas Processing, ADNOC Sour Gas, Al Jaber Energy etc.

As Head of Operations, Ashok has endeavour for the right technology, apt skills and right fitment of people so they can attain operational effectiveness and in turn achieve customer satisfaction.

Using sustainable practises & environment friendly products to reduce carbon footprint, improve energy efficiency & enhance asset life.

FM & Retrofit projects is the cornerstone for Universal Voltas operations and Ashok had led this business for close to nine years. During his tenure, operations has scaled up significantly and the revenue of FM & Retrofit business has grown from 45 million AED to 120 million AED approx, which is close to 3X growth and accordingly the bottom line has also increased.
