Power Hour 2022: Thierry Delvaux, CEO of JLL Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Ranks 52nd

Thierry Delvaux has over 20 years of experience in the real estate consultancy industry, and is currently leading JLL’s Middle East, Africa (MEA) and Turkey business. In his role as the CEO of JLL MEA and Turkey, Thierry is responsible for setting and implementing growth strategies for the business, ensuring excellence in service quality for clients and managing top talent to make JLL a great place to work.
Since taking over the role four years ago, Thierry has worked with the country heads and business leads across the region to put the MEA on the global JLL map. As a result, MEA has now become one of the highest growing markets in JLL, and Thierry was appointed as a member of the European Strategy Board.
Under Thierry’s continued leadership and guidance, JLL MEA was quick to respond to the pandemic by adopting agile ways of working and implementing the right technology. Thierry also supported and guided employees throughout the pandemic while ensuring the company’s exceptionally high standards of client service were maintained.
