Zayed Housing Programme presents future construction plans

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, was briefed about plans to build 1090 residential units for Emiratis in two districts in Ajman by the Zayed Housing Programme. The two developments in Al-Montezi and Al-Helio neighbourhoods feature 650 and 440 residential units respectively, along with amenities such as community meeting places and playgrounds to enhance communication between families.

The programme’s delegation led by chair Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Public Works told Emirates News Agency that two other developments at Al-Raqaib1 residential district will be completed soon to provide 306 units for Emiratis.
