WSP Middle East, together with Emaar Development PJSC today announced the topping out of the 340+ metre-tall ‘Il Primo Tower’ in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This momentous milestone of the supertall building reaching its utmost structural height was celebrated during an exclusive ceremony which was attended by key dignitaries and project stakeholders.

Il Primo Tower is situated on the north side of the Opera House between The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The tower will house a 77-storey structure with podium and six levels of basement and parking. The units are masterfully crafted with spellbinding views of the iconic structures of the city and come with an array of amenities and luxuries such as marble floors, ambient lighting, and modern art. VVIPs can opt for extra large units which offer sweeping views and floor to ceiling windows.
