UAE-based Indian investor to launch $200mn project in Al Marjan Island
UAE-based Indian investor, Ivan Richard Menezes, director of United Ventures and Investments Limited, launched a 300-room hotel and discovery, fitness and history-themed entertainment park at Marjan’s flagship development, Al Marjan Island, at a total development value of $200mn.
