Silicon Park Project – CSCEC – wins Retail Project of the Year at Construction Innovation Awards 2019

China State Construction Engineering Corporation won the Retail Project of the Year at recently concluded Construction Innovation Awards 2019.

The Silicon Park shall be the first purpose-built smart city in Dubai. Silicon Park has been designed to be the first Smart City project in Silicon Oasis that focus on Life, Society, Mobility, Economy governance and environment. It will comprise spectrum of office spaces, Commercial spaces, Residential area, Business Hotel and other value-added facilities with a beautiful lake view.
