Select Group announces the top out of Jumeirah Living Marina Gate

Select Group, one of the region’s largest private real estate developers, announced the top out of Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, the third and final tower in the Marina Gate development. A significant milestone for the project, the day was marked by the placement of the final concrete to the upper roof slab. The ceremony was attended by representatives from JumeirahTM Group and ALEC. The development is scheduled for completion in Q2, 2020.

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate combines Jumeirah Group’s luxury hospitality experience with Select Group’s commitment to creating an exceptional standard of living and is Jumeirah Group’s first venture in Dubai Marina. Award winning ALEC began work on the third tower as the main contractor in July 2017.

With the first two towers completely sold out, the Residences at Marina Gate is a premium, waterfront development located in Dubai Marina with a gross development value of over $ 1 billion (AED4bn). Hugely popular with the residents of Dubai Marina due to its exceptional fitness amenities, extensive retail offerings and direct access to Marina Walk, the first tower in the development was handed over in 2018 and is over 90% occupied. Marina Gate II is scheduled for handover in this quarter.

Sales for the third tower are now ongoing and an elegantly appointment show apartment is open for viewings.
