Armed with an MBA in Management from the Lebanese American University, Mohammed’s career has taken him across the Middle East & South East Asia. He took on the role of CEO at Esrar in March 2020 and in the 12 months has worked to expand the brand regionally.

Under his leadership, Esrar hired and trained around 90 sales consultants for different projects including the Obhur Park in Jeddah. Esrar is handling the sales and marketing for the project consisting of 8,000 apartments.

Furthermore, Mohammed assisted the company develop its own CRM, ERP, dashboard and booking system, it successfully integrated these processes in four of its projects. Esrar also introduced its own app, Wihdaty. The app allows users to check off plan and under construction projects.

Mohammed says: “Wihdaty is designed to narrow the gap between Esrar and buyers through a platform where we post real-time updates and pictures about work progress on our projects, keeping the buyers always in the loop.”
