Ranking 21: Ismail Al Hammadi, Founder and CEO of Ruwad Real Estate & Biznet Consulting

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Sciences and Communication with a specialty in Public Relations and Advertising, Ismail began his career with Dubai’s Department of Economic Development in 1997, followed by stints at Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Industrial City and the TECOM Group.

In 2013, he decided to follow a life-long passion and establish Al Ruwad Real Estate. Two years later he founded Biznet Consulting and has helped investors and owners to initiate and complete their projects in Dubai through an array of innovative services, such as facilitating government relations strategies.

With more than 22 years of experience, Ismail is a leading figure in Dubai’s real estate and business scene being known as a deal maker offering invaluable insights for local and international investors.

Since the inception of Al Ruwad, it has achieved real estate sales of Dhs60 million under the real estate brokerage field and properties valued over Dhs500 million have been marketed.

The firm has also rented out more than 200,000 sqft of retail space and has launched a real estate culture initiative to spread awareness on real estate.

Ismail is a firm believer that with an appropriate leadership structure, any business can thrive even during economic challenging times and that real leaders are forged in crisis.

While the world is emerging to a new normal, both Al Ruwad Real Estate and Biznet Consulting are taking not only social responsibility, but a stance to adapt to the new consumer’s requirements, digital transformation, and new business practices. Maximising productivity and achieving business goals in 2021 are still a priority for Ismail, while putting his team’s health and safety first.
