Amer Khansaheb, Managing Director of Khansaheb Investment, over the past seven years Amer has set and executed the expansion strategy of Khansaheb Investment in a variety of fields which has led to a diversified portfolio for the company.

• In Real Estate, the focus has been on sustainability of their development and projects. The Mirdif 35 Lifestyle centre earned an LEED Gold Rating, and they developed the first and probably only LEED Platinum Workers Accommodation in Jebel Ali which can accommodate 3500 people. Khansaheb also delivered three other real estate projects in this period, which is the most the company has ever developed in such a time frame.
• Khansaheb Industries was set up as a manufacturing business for sustainable construction material, in 2018 Khansaheb Industries acquired the Global patents and trademarks of Spiralite, an Energy Saving duct invented and based in the UK and moved the manufacturing facility to Dubai. In 2019 the company set up Concrete Design, a furniture manufacturing business.
• In 2015, Khansaheb Investments signed a partnership agreement with Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut to develop a state-of-the-art Hospital in Dubai which opened in 2020.
• In 2016, Khansaheb Lifestyle was established which now owns 4 F&B branches and 1 fitness studio.
• Khansaheb Investments invested in the Aviation training industry, and in 2020 opened their Dynamic Advanced Training Centre. The state of the art and one of a kind in the world training centre specializes in safety and emergency procedure training, survival training, and soft skills training.
• In 2020, Khansaheb Investment bought back Interserve’s shares in its construction business (Khansaheb Civil Engineering) and Facilities Management Business (Khansaheb Group), to become once again a sole owner of those businesses.
