Omniyat appoints Sun Eng and Contracting

Omniyat has appointed Sun Engineering and Contracting Company as the main contractor on its latest project.
The Sterling is a two tower development close to the new Dubai Water Canal in Burj Khalifa District.
It will have 343 apartments ranging from one-bedroom homes starting at 1,000 sq. ft. to two-bedrooms at 1,700 sq. ft. and three-bedrooms at 2,600 sq. ft.
Omniyat revealed details of its latest project in a staement but did not sayreveal the value of the construction contract.
The firm is a Dubai-based private developer expanding further into the residential and hospitality sectors. Projects in the pipeline include The Opus, The Pad, One the Palm and Langham Place.
