Ian Banham & Associates is a specialised building services (MEP) consulting firm with its headquarters in Dubai. Since its establishment in 1976 IBA has successfully delivered thousands of projects for hundreds of returning clients in the MENA region.
They cater to several different types of projects, including commercial and residential buildings, housing complexes, hotels, education facilities, hospitals, shopping centres and malls, resorts, palaces, sports facilities and stadiums, and industrial projects.

Ian Banham & Associates services consist of the design and supervision of mechanical and electrical systems and installations for buildings and specialised facilities. this includes feasibility studies, investigative reports, conceptual designs, cost estimates and analysis, production of specifications and bills of quantities, bids evaluation and recommendation, contract negotiations, detailed designs, working drawings and 3D models, project management, supervision, and site management.
