Hazem Fraij, Senior General Manager
Hazem is an experienced CEO and senior general manager running Horizon Gulf Electromechanical Services with a history of working in the electromechanical engineering industry. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Project Management from Inter American University, DC Washington, Hazem is skilled in value engineering, risk management, cost management, project control, and design management.
Prior to joining Horizon Gulf in November 2017, Hazem worked with EC Harris/ Arcadis for 13 years.
Under Hazem’s leadership, Horizon Gulf Electromechanical Services execute all building engineering services and systems including HVAC, plumbing and drainage, firefighting, electrical, fire alarm and low-current systems and building automation and monitoring systems. The firm has successfully performed installations across the diversified construction landscape including hospitals, hotels, colleges, industrial plants, shopping malls, edutainment centres, villas, palaces, residential and office buildings.
