Founded in 1994 in Dubai, Eminent has completed over 250 projects. The organisation was founded as M/s. Abdul Rahim Obaid Sanitary and Electrical Installation. With more than two decades of experience and roots stemming from successful organisations it provides a comprehensive range of services ranging from civil construction to MEP.
Eminent has developed leaps and bounds and forayed into the field of electrical contracting. It executes complete electrical installations for Residential and commercial buildings, private and group villas, and labour accommodation and warehouses.
It has successfully installed various Air conditioning and ventilation systems including chilled water systems, DX systems, package systems and district cooling systems. All its installations ensure adequate ventilation with filtration providing appropriate air flow, heating, and cooling thereby helping attain the best indoor air quality.
The company has also completed over 100 projects employing the highest quality materials and professional testing to ensure that our clients are assured against any leakages, blockages or breakdown in their water supply and drainage system.
