Nathan Hanns has led its growth since 2006 and is a highly capable, results orientated general manager with extensive experience of leading high-performance teams and of successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies. Nathan’s 24+ years of experience is a testimony to his commitment to service excellence in the field of MEP.

He has proven how to nurture and grow a business, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges. He is service oriented which is evident in his excellent client facing and configuration skills and highly successful in helping define company direction, achieving goals and optimizing business. Nathan has grown ALEMCO from a startup business with a turnover of AED 50 Million to AED 510 Million in 2020.

Nathan has made BIM 3D software compulsory ensuring that ALEMCO remains ahead of the engineering technology curve. Even if the project is designed in 2D by the Engineering Consultant, ALEMCO will transform that 2D design into a BIM 3D model, as we see the benefits from a coordination point of view and also to highlight clash detection.

Our clients will also benefit from this implementation as they will receive a fully functional 3D model on completion of the project instead of the traditional as built drawings. Clients can then refer to the model for spares, maintenance and any future retrofits or modifications.

Nathan is responsible for promoting this paradigm shift and his commitment approach and vision will ensure that ALEMCO will remain one of the top MEP contractors in the region.
