MAG LD signs strategic partnership with Ayana Holding

MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD), the property development arm of the MAG Group Holding, signed a strategic partnership with Ayana Holding, an organisation with businesses and investments that provide services across a diverse scope of industries.

As part of this agreement, Ayana Holding will provide MAG LD, through its portfolio of companies — VX Studio, Opaal Interiors, Performaa, and Brand Capital among others — a diverse scope of services and expertise for new and existing projects and for the brand as a whole:
VX Studio: will continue to build upon the existing relationship it has with MAG LD by delivering design and construction management services.
Opaal Interiors: will continue providing MAG LD’s projects and developments with interior design and furnishing.
Performaa: will enhance the sales strategy and operation cycle for the company and assist with implementing strategic and operational improvements.

ALT Technology: will focus on providing MAG LD and its projects with a range of IT-related services such as IT security and facility development.
Brand Capital: will focus on working with MAG LD to enhance and boost the organisation’s marketing direction, by curating strategies based on short-term and long-term goals.
