Living Legends development unveils Size Matters campaign

To redefine affordable housing in Dubai, Delta International Real Estate has launched a new Size Matters campaign for Tanmiyat Global’s 14.4 million sqq.ft Living Legends development

The campaign places emphasis on spacious communities that offer value for money.

The project aims to reflect outstanding value and space for money, indicated by price per square foot. Only 33% of the project’s plot was built on to offer a limited number of spacious, luxury units, complemented by large green spaces and facilities such as the 9-hole Legends Golf Course.

Saleh Tabakh, CEO of Delta International Real Estate said: “Affordability should be measured based on value for money and should not mean that projects have to compromise on the residents personal space. An affordable community has to be commercially sustainable with the ability to bring good return on investment and that is what we are promising with Size Matters.”
