The International Property Show, in partnership with Invest in Dubai Real Estate, an initiative of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), continues to gain massive momentum during its 10-day event and is expected to take the real estate industry by storm until the 20th of November 2020.

This ground-breaking virtual edition, in collaboration with Event10X, successfully attracted a massive global audience and brought together all participants locally and internationally to boost the real estate market, cultivate real estate knowledge, and build meaningful networks and partnerships using the latest digital technology.

“Dubai Land Department has worked incessantly to introduce programmes and initiatives aimed at stimulating development and increasing the attractiveness and sustainability of the real estate market. Thus, the success of this virtual event also reflects Dubai real estate’s success. The accomplishments of the International Property Show and Invest in Dubai Real Estate over the past few days have been enormous in every aspect. This event has positively affected many real estate players and led us one huge step closer towards achieving economic growth. This 10-day event is definitely making strides in the global real estate community and significantly affecting every participant,” said HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, the Director General of Dubai Land Department.

The active participation of high-level officials at Dubai Land Department in the event’s activities attracted more attention and further heightened the interest of the participants of the real estate industry’s largest virtual event.

Majida Al Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector at Dubai Land Department, will be the guest speaker for ‘Invest in Dubai Way Forward’ to lead an in-depth discussion about the outlook of investing in real estate in the emirate and explore effective strategies to overcome future obstacles.

“It is a known fact that despite the challenges, Dubai remains unstoppable in fulfilling its commitment to developing strategies to further enhance the competitiveness of its real estate sector and attract real estate investments to sustain its position as a global investment centre. This is a great opportunity for us to leverage this virtual platform to promote Dubai’s successes, and, at the same time, for the participants to take advantage of the opportunities that await them, even in the comfort of their own homes. This is a great opportunity, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone at this leading property show,” stated Majida Ali Rashid.

In addition, Hend Al Marri, CEO of the Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), conducted the informative training session entitled ‘DREI and the Importance of Education,’ which provided global audiences with an overview of DREI, its vision, and the numerous courses that would help participants currently and in the future. Such government initiatives are making Dubai more and more attractive for foreign investors, thanks to the government that is still extremely active even during a time like this,” commented Farooq Syed.

“Events such as IPS allow people to connect with industry experts and explore the different property options in one central place as opposed to committing random online researches. As such, the event presents international investors the opportunity to attain knowledge and get information about the different offerings in the market; IPS represents a very good way for them to come on board and gain insight on the market,” he continued.
