Innovo’s Real Estate Development Team has strengthened its leadership by appointing renowned industry experts John Forrester and Brendon Moss
Innovo, an industry leader in development and innovation across the built environment, today announces the launch of its Real Estate Development Team with the appointments of industry heavyweights John Forrester and Brendon Moss.
John, with a career spanning over 35 years in property and real estate, will serve as the Chair of Innovo Real Estate Development. His most recent role was as the Group CEO and Global President of Cushman & Wakefield from July 2017 to December 2023. John’s wealth of experience and his current role as a Special Adviser to Related Argent, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned property and urban regeneration businesses, will provide strategic direction and support to the Real Estate Development Team.
Brendon has joins Innovo Real Estate Development as Managing Director, leading the operations of the Development team. He moves to the company from Auriens Group, where he has been Head of Development since 2017. He previously worked for Qatari Diar, where he oversaw the redevelopment of the Chelsea Barracks, and prior to that, he was a Director at Land Securities and Tishman Speyer.
