Groundwork underway in Limitless’ Halong Star in Vietnam

Groundwork is underway at $550m residential and tourism project, Halong Star, developer Limitless announced on 23 March.
The groundwork will cover a significant portion of the 120 hectare site located in Halong Bay, Vietnam. The bay welcomes more than a million tourists each year. The site also overlooks the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay on Vietnam’s north-east coast. The developer, a sister company of Dubai-based Nakheel, also revealed that construction of the main access road is also in progress.
Halong Star features 340 villas and apartments, retail and leisure facilities and a five star hotel.
