Ellington Properties committed to promoting sustainable practices in projects

In the midst of the global COVID-19 health crisis, Earth Hour marks a moment of solidarity for the planet as global communities and businesses unite to recognise the occasion.

Ellington Properties, Dubai’s leading design-led real estate developer, has been at the forefront of ensuring their  projects such as Wilton Park Residences and Belgravia Square are sustainable friendly.

Robert Booth, Managing Director, Ellington Properties told CBNME: “Sustainability has been central to our operations, which supports the vision of the nation’s leadership to develop projects with a focus on environmental best practices. Our residential developments such as Wilton Park Residences and Belgravia Square have integrated a series of initiatives to optimise the use of water and electricity, and thereby achieve significant savings while also being environmentally-sustainable. We also use environmentally-conscious products for the interiors, including lighting, fixtures and fittings. The health and safety of our residents is our top most priority and given the focus of Earth Hour this year to take the initiative online, we also urge our residents to take part in the online campaign supporting the message of judicious resource use and environment-friendly living.”
