Dubai: RSG Group completes enabling works for Sabah Rotana
RSG Group has announced the completion of piling and shoring works of its landmark hospitality project, Sabah Rotana.
The property is a collaboration between RSG Group and renowned hotel brand, Rotana. Standing tall at 54-storey, Sabah Rotana is located on Sheikh Zayed Road with views of the Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa.
Projected to be launched before Expo 2020, this five-star, green compliant property will feature 536 rooms including executive suites and a presidential suite in addition to hotel apartments. Sabah Rotana will also present an array of in-house entertainment with food and beverage outlets, bars and nightclubs that offer a wide range of global cuisines to its guests.
Piling and shoring works at Sabah Rotana have been completed by Al Rabat Building Contracting Company, supported by a competent team of an on-site crew. Further excavation work has also been started in order to avoid any delay in the construction progression.
As the consultant and designer of the project, Al Asri Engineering Consultants have ensured that the construction progression meets all the timelines. A dedicated team of engineers, technicians, and labour made the momentous task effortless. Keeping in line with RSGs precedent of time-bound quality construction, the project is on a fast track towards its scheduled opening in 2020.
