Dubai Properties (DP) has announced a new staff housing development targeting Dubais growing business and industry sectors.
Rahaba Residences in Dubailand will house junior to mid-level staff and is the first staff accommodation development in Dubai to employ the Built-To-Suit (BTS) model to meet employees specific residential needs.
The project was designed and developed by DP to specifications that meet organisations housing needs and more importantly managed with each particular clients needs.
Customisation is applied to all aspects of the interior of the buildings including residential units and all common areas such as central kitchens, dining halls, recreation rooms, gymnasium, technical rooms and parking.

The first phase of the development consists of four clusters, each comprising of two buildings connected through a podium level, with retail space on the ground floor of each building.
The buildings, each containing seven floors, encompass over 200 high-quality studio units, ranging in size from 27 to 36 sq.m. In total, Rahaba Residences houses more than 1,600 studios in the eight buildings and is surrounded by open spaces. All residents will have access to a gymnasium, lounge area, nursery room, prayer rooms, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts.
In close proximity to the heart of Dubai, Rahaba Residences is located on the Dubai – Al Ain Road, and is a five-minute drive away from Dubai Outlet Mall.
