Dubai: Nshama appoints ECC for AED310mn deal for Town Square apartments
Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been appointed on the AED310mn contract for the design and construction of the UNA apartments in Town Square Dubai by Nshama.

There are over 10,000 urban development projects underway* throughout the region with the UAE accounting for over half of the active projects across all segments compared to the rest of the region. Spanning over 90,350m2, UNA Apartments will require design and construction of two G+2P+9 storey buildings and is a mixed-use development with numerous retail areas on the ground floor. For a duration of 25 months, ECC will provide its engineering solutions to oversee and lead on the projects design and construction.
UNA Apartments is a lifestyle residential community that will feature numerous retail areas, 192 studios, and 764 one-bedroom apartments. The main consultant on the project is Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants.
