As part of Dubai Municipality programme to support its employees and provide the best and highest standards of residential services, it has completed the new staff housing complex at Al Twar.
Eng Marwan Abdullah Mohammed Al Mohammed, director of general projects department, Dubai Municipality, said that the complex, which comprises three blocks of residential buildings of ground plus four floors in Al Twar area, has been completed at a total cost of AED102mn.
Al Mohammed said that the residential complex, with a total area of 30,000sqm, has 150 apartments, which include 78 three-bedroom apartments, a hall and a maid room, 66 two-bedroom apartments and a hall, and six one-bedroom apartments and a hall, adding that the project also includes developing the common area and other infrastructure facilities.
He added: While constructing the complex, we have taken into account the latest green buildings standards and requirements of the Municipality as well as the privacy aspect in the interior design of apartments and finishes of the distinctive spaces and corridors in the building. The design of the projects interfaces is in a modern style with sophisticated finishes.
