Dubai: Keo International Consultants unit wins RICS authorisation

Keo International Consultants announced its allied practice for cost and quantity surveying, ‘C-QUEST’, has been provided the authorisation to work as a fully regulated firm by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

RICS is an internally recognised professional body that accredits professionals within the land, property and construction sectors worldwide. This significant, global designation means that the firm now joins an elite shortlist of firms that have obtained this title across the region.

Obtaining ‘Regulated by RICS’ status allows the firm to meet the clients need for confidence and security in a complex and rapidly changing marketplace. C-QUEST operates with globally recognised ethical and professional standards.

In addition, this certification reassures clients and the supply chain that the firm is embedding best practice in its core framework and has the required skills and competencies to deliver and manage conflicts of interests transparently. In addition to providing adequate and appropriate indemnity for Clients, C-QUEST International is committed to handling complaints and disputes fairly.

Clive De Villiers, the senior VP at C-QUEST, an allied practice and division of KEO International Consultants, said: “We are delighted to be regulated by an international body such as RICS.  Being present in a vibrant market such as the GCC, we are keen to increase our market share by seeking international certifications and regulation.

“This certification assures our clients that C-QUEST promotes the highest values and can be trusted to deliver up to the highest standards of service. This regulation conveys a consistent message of confidence and quality to our Clients whether they are local, regional or international.”

C-QUEST is contributing to a number of iconic projects across the Middle East serving both the private and public sectors.
