Dubai: Developer says Azizi Riviera on track for scheduled completion

Dubai-based developer, Azizi Developments, announced the status of Phases 1, 2, and 3 of its flagship project in Meydan One, Azizi Riviera, with Phase 1 and 2 set to complete in Q1 2019 and Phase 3 and 4 in Q3 2019.

The progress of the flagship project is advancing at a rapid pace and now the developer has announced that for Phase 3, the land excavation has commenced, while for Phase 1 and 2 basement works are progressing rapidly.

Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, said: “Azizi Riviera represents our flagship project in Dubai – and we are pleased to announce that it is progressing rapidly as planned. We have received tremendous response for both of our mega projects, Azizi Riviera and Azizi Victoria, at the International Property Show in Dubai and Cityscape in Abu Dhabi. This further reinforces the strong demand for community-based projects in the UAE.”

Azizi Riviera will have a total of 69 mid-rise buildings, comprising 16,000 units of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The architecture, while drawing inspiration from the French Riviera waterfront lifestyle, will also contain versatile, contemporary elements.

A key feature of the development is a mega integrated retail district which will consist of high street bridge brands, leisure and entertainment options. The overall development, on the banks of the Dubai Canal, will also offer access to long paved pedestrian paths and water transport, yachting facilities and a proposed marina, among other attractions.
