Danube Properties launches new office on SZR

Danube Properties has opened a new 40,000 square feet stand-alone office on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.

The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of ex- Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, who is the brand ambassador for the firm in the Middle East, as well as the founder and chairman of Danube Group, Rizwan Sajan along with the senior management of the Group and the media.

The new office will cater to the numerous customers that have shown interest in Danube Properties. It accommodates the entire properties team and boasts two inbuilt show apartments of a studio and one bedroom variant giving visitors a peek of the actual look and feel of the interiors of the apartment.

Rizwan Sajan, Founder & Chairman of Danube Group, said: “The decision to open the new office stems from the need to cater to a wider range of customers. Our new state-of-the-art office will give customers the option to see all our project offerings as well as how the ready-to-move apartments will look. Since the inception of Danube Properties in 2014, the firm has launched nine projects in the affordable-housing segment. The latest offering is Bayz, is a AED 450mn, 29-story high-rise located in Business Bay.

With this project Danube Properties will offer the lowest price in the Business Bay area and continue with their famous 1 percent payment plan, starting at AED 6,490 per month.

All projects under the Danube portfolio are currently under construction, with the handover of the first project- Dreamz scheduled to commence soon. At present, Danube Properties has a book value of AED 3bn.
