Danube launches first project in Business Bay
Danube Properties has launched a new AED 450mn ($122mn) project in Dubais upcoming Business Bay neighbourhood.
The 29-storey Bayz tower comprises of 456 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments with views of the Burj Khalifa.
With this project Danube Properties says it will offer the lowest price in the Business Bay area and continue with their 1 percent payment plan, starting at AED 6,490 per month.
Danube has launched eight projects to date, worth a total of AED 3bn, which are all sold-out. All projects are currently under construction, with the handover of the first project, Dreamz scheduled to start soon.
News of the project was unveiled at a press conference by Rizwan Sajan, Chairman and Founder of Danube Group: This is the first time we have chosen Business Bay as our location and through the launch of this project we aim to redefine the concept of affordable luxury housing in Dubai.
