DAMAC launches Burj DAMAC Seaviews in Qatar
DAMAC Properties is set to launch Burj DAMAC Seaviews, a 31-storey tower featuring luxury furnished and serviced apartments and townhouses in the Marina District of Lusail City, Qatar.
The properties will go on sale in Doha on Wednesday, May 24 with prices starting at QAR 2.5mn ($686mn).
DAMAC Properties is currently developing two other high-rise luxury apartment projects on the waterfront in Lusail City – Luxury Burj DAMAC Marina and Burj DAMAC Waterfront.
The developer previously delivered The Piazza, a residential complex by the sea in Lusail City, 15 kilometres north of the city centre of Doha.
Qatars newest planned city stretches over 35 kilometres and will accommodate up to 250,000 people. It will encompass marinas, residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping and leisure facilities including two golf courses and an entertainment district.
The Marina District located at the southern end of Lusail, close to the West Bay area will be the most attractive and appealing part of the city.
