CoreServ introduces a new & innovative operating model

CoreServ, a UAE-based facility solutions provider, offering services at international levels with emphasis on effective service and efficient delivery, revealed a new and innovative non-contractual operating model and an @your door service that offers reactive and preventive services around the clock.

The new operating model will offer clients FM services without the hassle of being contractually bound backed by a system that manages the assets in their properties effectively and efficiently. This non-binding contract system will enable the clients to call the CoreServ team any time of the day, any day of the week through their 24/7 customer care centre located in-house, handled by a well-trained team that assists clients. The innovative model will also include a full-fledged implementation of technology across CoreServ services including an In-House-Portal, and a @Your Door Docker Service at the disposal of the clients.

As the UAE Market faces a dire need of an on-call facility management service, CoreServ has launched the @your door service for effective, efficient service anytime, anywhere with emphasis on customer care. CoreServ with the help of its fleet guarantees to provide reactive, corrective, and preventive services around the clock.
