Gary Reader has been a part of the Facility Management (FM) industry for the last 30 years, which includes his current four-year journey with ServeU, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of leading real estate developers in the UAE – Union Properties.

During Gary’s tenure at ServeU, he’s encouraged partnerships and collaborations as it will enable the company to further contribute to the development of the UAE’s FM sector. ServeU collaborations pave the way for them to enhance our management services.

2020 was a challenging year for ServeU, however, through the team’s smart decision making and coordination, ServeU have achieved quite a lot. Their decision to heavily invest in service delivery automation has brought major improvements in their operations. This has resulted in ServeU securing a customer satisfaction rating of 93 per cent.

Through ServeU performance, they have won several long-term contracts with clients from different portfolios in the second half of 2018. Their recently added clients include a large and well-established theme park in Dubai, a leading government transportation provider, a top UAE bank with 56 sites across seven emirates, as well as a prominent higher education provider.
