Ranking 19: Sanjeevv Bhatia, CEO, Netix Global BV

An ambitious entrepreneur, Sanjeevv Bhatia is the force behind an impressive portfolio of companies, offering front-line products and services across the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US.

He is also the managing director and partner at Teknoware Middle East, and CEO of ODS Global DMCC, Exenture Global BV and Exenture Films India Pvt Ltd. Sanjeevv’s urge to address unmet needs through innovation has found expression in an array of market leading ventures. With an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Southern New Hampshire University, Sanjeevv’s career of more than 20 years has been a meteoric rise, built on a strong work ethic, vision, and focus on people and partnerships.

In 2017, Sanjeevv established Netix, a vendor neutral iIBMS automation solutions provider, with a strong focus on sustainable smart buildings, smart cities, and energy efficiency. The company’s industry expertise ranges from design, engineering, integration, connectivity, testing, commissioning and maintenance of smart building eco-systems, and their components.

Netix Global, and its sister companies within the SB Group, engage with clients to emphasise a ‘Back to Basics’ campaign, that helps existing users of building automation systems understand the value and power of upgraded intelligent systems.

Sanjeevv said: “We are spreading awareness in the industry, about why these are not a cost-prohibitive solution, because our open protocol solutions can help integrate their existing multi-vendor systems. The results are immediate savings and ROI, from day one after commissioning. We are engaged in a similar awareness campaign to help those who are not using unified tech and data-led systems for building operations understand the value they can unlock from these technologies.”

Netix was awarded several high-profile contracts last year including supplying the latest IoT based controllers for a prestigious bank integration contract. In August, the company was awarded the smart metering integration project for a large community block of Al Wasl Properties. Both contracts are being executed by its master integration division, ODS.

In October, ODS Global, which is part of the service arm of the SB group, was awarded a contract for 44 towers of Emaar Properties. In the same month, ODS Global also signed up DAMAC Properties, for a three-year annual maintenance and building automation systems contract for 24 towers. A month later, in November, Netix Global bagged the contract to upgrade and maintain three Dubai towers for Mazaya Business Avenue.
