Olga Litkovets has recently being recently promoted to Cundall’s international leadership team as a Partner, alongside David Rivers, Wojtek Stec, and Jose Castilla, bringing the total number of Partners to 51. Her promotion represents a strategic move to bolster Cundall’s global leadership and drive future growth. Based in Dubai, Olga joined Cundall in 2017 as Head of Business Development and Marketing for the MENA region, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional presence.
In 2023, she advanced to lead a global team as the Director of Business Development and Marketing. Her influence extends beyond her role, serving as the chair of Cundall’s EMENA Board and spearheading the firm’s expansion into Saudi Arabia. Olga has contributed to several landmark projects, from city-wide masterplans and innovative developments to sustainable initiatives like preserving Dark Skies in Saudi Arabia, showcasing her dynamic leadership and commitment to growth.
