Arabian Construction Co (ACC) bags contract for Emaar project at Jeddah Gate

Arabian Construction CO (ACC) has clinched the construction contract for the Emaar Residences development in Jeddah Gate.

Drilling work has already started on the project which features three high-rise towers with only 283 homes located in close proximity to a wide range of leisure, recreation and retail facilities.

In a statement Emaar Middle East, a unit of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, did not reveal the value of the contract.

ACC is also the main construction contractor for Emaar Square, a dedicated commercial precinct in Jeddah Gate, which is scheduled for hand over later this year.

Emaar Residences customers can choose from 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses ranging in size from 70 to 300 square metres.

Spread over 413,000 square metres, Jeddah Gate is the first integrated community development in Saudi Arabia offering a live, work, and leisure environment in one destination.
