Abu Dhabi: Trojan bags AED1.3bn Water’s Edge deal from Aldar
Abu Dhabi-based developer, Aldar Properties, has appointed Trojan General Contracting as the main contractor for Waters Edge, its latest waterfront development on Yas Island.
The AED1.3bn contract follows the award of the early works package to Dutch Foundation, who commenced work on site in February this year.
Located on Yas Islands Eastern shores, Waters Edge comprises studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. It offers homeowners the complete outdoor lifestyle with pedestrian access to all amenities including a waterfront promenade with multiple dining and retail options. It also features private courtyards with spacious landscaped areas, pools, multipurpose courts, and a mosque.
Residents will benefit from the abundant attractions that make Yas Island the most exciting destination in Abu Dhabi. The development lies adjacent to the upcoming Sea World theme park, and a five-minute walk from Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and the Yas Marina Circuit.
Waters Edge is scheduled to begin phased handovers between June and December 2020.
