Abu Dhabi: TDIC announces new project milestone in Mamsha Al Saadiyat

Abu Dhabi master developer, Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), announced the achievement of significant stages in the development of its Mamsha Al Saadiyat project, with all concrete groundwork laid and the structure for all buildings now complete.

Located close to the Saadiyat Cultural District, Mamsha Al Saadiyat re-imagines beachfront living, with world-class museums, first-class facilities, and amenities set to be within walking distance of every apartment and townhouse. The project, once complete, will offer residents an array of retail and F&B establishments, access to landmark cultural attractions, views of pristine beaches, and use of natural landscaped spaces.

It will feature 7,802 sqm of retail and dining floor space, spread across nine medium-rise residential towers. Of the 461 units available, 414 are apartments or lofts with one- to four-bedrooms or five-bedroom duplex penthouses, each measuring between 106 and 454 sqm. The remaining 47 units are townhouses, with sizes ranging from approximately 227 to 315 sqm. Each five-bedroom duplex penthouse features a private swimming pool and terrace as well as two living rooms and a dining room, in addition to both a maid’s room and a driver’s room.

Amna Alalkeem Al Zaabi, Mamsha Al Saadiyat project manager at TDIC, said: “The development of Mamsha Al Saadiyat is in line with the schedule and we are aiming for it to be delivered in 2018. Due to the increased demand for the project, we have released residential units in the new Azure 1 building. The project has attracted a large number of residents and investors due to its unique location, stunning beachfront views and world-class facilities, enhancing our reputation for the development of residential complexes that are well received by investors and residents.”

Today, Saadiyat Island is already home to world class developments such as The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort & Spa, The Collection, the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, and Saadiyat Beach Club. Additionally, residents will live close to educational institutions including Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, the sister campus of UK-based Cranleigh School, and the New York University Abu Dhabi campus, as well as Manarat Al Saadiyat, the leading arts and exhibition centre in the Cultural District.
