Saeed Centre introduces Tas-heel services for Sharjah investors


The Sharjah Investors Services Centre (Saeed) has announced it has begun providing ‘Tas-heel’ services to local and international investors at its offices in Al Qasba. The new services offered in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and Tas’heel Al Thiqah Services Centre expands the portfolio of services provided by Saeed, which will allow both investors and businesses looking to set up shop in Sharjah the convenience of having all their administrative, licencing, paperwork and other requirements handlded under one roof.

With this new partnership, the Saeed Centre will provide investors a full range of services for business registration and issuance of permits.

Marwan Saleh Alichla, Director of Saeed, said, “The additional services we have introduced at Saeed are aligned with our vision to provide investors and businesses both efficiency and convenience as they go through various official transactions to fulfill Sharjah government’s requirements for business set up in the emirate. Customer satisfaction and happiness aare at the heart of the centre’s efforts.”

“By partnering with various government departments and institutions, Saeed has been offering a comprehensive portfolio of services under its roof, in a bid to boost the business-friendly environment Sharjah is synonymous with. Ultimately, these value added services promote our efforts to increase business and investment opportunies in Sharjah’s vital market sectors in response to increasing interest from investors as well as to further diversify the emirate’s economy.”

Previously, the Saeed Centre partnered with the Ministry of Justice to bring their notary services to local and international investors, including attestations, power of attorney, sale and lease contracts, declarations, and undertakings, in less than 5 minutes.

Saeed also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) earlier this year, allowing the rendering of a full range of government services to local and foreign investors, including visa, residency, sponsorship, permit and fine exemption request services, among others.

This unique one-window service has also brought Sharjah Media City (Shams)’s services – issuing of a free-zone license, health insurance, etc. under its roof. A comprehensive range of services offered by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), including membership registration and renewal, origin certificate for the associate members, ratification services, among others, can also be availed at the Saeed offices.

The centre offers several services in partnership with the Ministry of Interior, which includes paying traffic fines, renewal of vehicle and driver’s licenses, and replacement of lost driver’s and vehicle licenses. Saaed’s customers can also avail Sharjah Municipality services including clearance certificates, attestation of new and renewal of residential and commercial tenancy contracts.

The Sharjah Investors Services Centre (Saeed) forms part of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq)’s portfolio of affiliates and initiatives. It operates under Shurooq’s umbrella in a strategic partnership with the Injazat Services Group and in cooperation with the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah).
