RTA’s Dubai Taxi introduces commercial buses service

Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has deployed 45 modern commercial buses and coaches, tailor-made to offer high-end mobility services to private and government sector employees, tourists, and visitors of various events across the emirate.

The step is part of DTC’s relentless efforts to improve its customer services towards realising RTA’s vision to be a leader in seamless and sustainable mobility.

“DTC has introduced the commercial buses rental services to be an addition to its impressive commercial mobility services on offer, to broaden the scope of its specialist activities and deliver innovative transport solutions.

“These buses and coaches are fitted with sophisticated technologies and boast of high-class specifications of comfort, security and safety,” said Abdullah Ibrahim Al Meer, Director of Operations and Commercial Affairs, DTC.

“We have contracted with 21 public and private entities, such as the Dubai Municipality, Dubai Health Authority, and Air Arabia to deliver exclusive commuting services for their employees with full commitment to their punctual arrival at the workplaces. Companies interest in the service can inquire through DTC’s Customers Centre (80088088), or e-mail (sales@dtc.gov.ae),” he added.

“The DTC is aspiring to be trustworthy and the first call on offering smart mobility in Dubai to all community members. Realising such objectives warrants redefining the mobility standards and rolling out initiatives and services to achieve customers satisfaction and strategic goals of excellent operation and people happiness,” concluded Al Meer.
