Collins Aerospace lands first India-based ARINC PaxLink contract with FlyBig

FlyBig, an India-based airline startup, has selected Collins Aerospace’s ARINC PaxLinkSM Passenger Services System (PSS) to help streamline its airline and travel operations. With the addition of PaxLink, FlyBig will have the ability to manage reservations, inventory, distribution and departure control with one integrated cloud-based system.

Ideal for companies of all sizes, PaxLink is fully customizable, providing the scale and flexibility needed to adapt to evolving requirements. Training and installation can be completed weeks faster than with any other PSS solution and PaxLink is the only option to provide the proven support and service excellence that Collins Aerospace is known for.

“FlyBig values operational efficiency and flexibility in its operations, which made PaxLink’s ease of use and versatility appealing to us when choosing our reservation system,” said Captain Srinivas Rao, chief executive officer for FlyBig. “Collins Aerospace’s Paxlink will help us customize the product to our customer thereby increasing our offer-shaping capability and boost revenue.”

“Collins Aerospace prides itself on providing solutions that are tailored to our customer’s needs,” said Clotilde Enel-Rehel, general manager for Commercial Aviation & Network Services for Collins Aerospace.” We’re pleased to bring this service to FlyBig as our first India-based customer.”

Implementation is set to begin before the end of the year and FlyBig should be operational with PaxLink by the first quarter of 2020.
