Rohan Valrani is the Deputy CEO of Al Shirawi’s Engineering & Healthcare Services Group. He oversees 19 business units across these sectors, including notable names such as Leminar Group, Al Shirawi Electrical & Mechanical, Al Shirawi Contracting, Al Shirawi Facilities Management, and Oasis Coils & Coatings, to name a few. Additionally, his leadership extends across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, and India.
Rohan holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he specialised in Finance and Management, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He brings a results-driven, people-centric, and data-led approach to his role, championing operational excellence and strategic growth across the Group’s diverse portfolio.
