Ayoub Al Mulla joined World Security as Chief Operating Officer in 2019, bringing with him vast management experience gained from his 24 years with DP World. At World Security he leads strategic business planning and brand enhancement, diversification of product line, and cost optimisation.

Ayoub, who studied at Wharton School of Business under DP World’s Dubai Leaders Programme, is dedicated to continuous improvement focused on enhancing revenue and streamlining business operations. He oversees business-wide changes to modernise procedures to boost performance, identify shifting market opportunities and sharpening the competitive edge of the company

A forward thinker, he was previously VP-MEA Region, Jafza for 11 years, during which time he led the development of the flagship Jafza One facility. His other past assignments include Manager, Al Awir Free Zone, and as Superintendent in Charge of General Cargo at PCFC. Ayoub studied Business Administration and holds a Graduate Diploma in Maritime & Port Management from Singapore.
