Abdellatif Sfaxi appointed as CEO for Khidmah in October 2020. In the four months since joining the organization he has worked closely with the management team at Khidmah to develop a strategy and 5 Year Business Plan that will lead Khidmah to accomplish its vision and achieve its mission.
In the meantime, he has led the required changes in the organization, policies and procedures to enhance their delivery to their clients’ sites in a swift manner. This translates in improved customer satisfaction indexes. Moreover, Abdellatif has prioritize the digitization of projects to be implemented during the first quarter of 2021 which will provide customers with a wide array of timely online services with an elevated customer experience.
