Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced that 76% of construction work on its headquarters extension has been completed, with the new state-of-the-art building on track to be ready by early 2021. The first phase of the project will see the structure completed by the end of September 2020. As reported by the Oman Observer, the Muscat National Development and Investment Company (ASAAS Oman) on Monday signed a usufruct (land development) agreement with the Office of Minister of State and Governor of Musandam to develop Bassah Beach in the Wilayat of Khasab to the tune of RO9 million (USD$23.4 mn).
