Zoom Property, a new property portal, has launched in the UAE, where customers can search from more than 20,000 of properties across the region, by visiting or by downloading the Zoom Property Mobile Apps via the Apple Store and Google Play Stores.

The user-friendly online portal has been created using the latest technology to provide an exceptional experience for those searching for a property to rent or buy across the UAE. With most of the largest real estate brokers in the region already integrated with the platform, users will have access to tens of thousands of property listings to search, browse and find their next home.

Gary Dalton, director of marketing from Zoom Property, said: “We are excited and proud to launch Zoom Property, which has been built using the latest technology available. Our aim is to deliver a world class experience for users, helping them find their perfect property more quickly and more easily, providing more information to help make better decisions and instantly connecting property hunters with real estate agents and developers to speed up the process.”

The portal includes a number of smart features that will make searching for property quicker and easier, including tailored and personalised searches, custom property alerts, interactive maps showing local amenities, budget searches where location recommendations are provided, plus a blog and a forum providing valuable tips and advice where users are can ask questions to the community.

One of the most innovative features is the Zoom Chat where once users have found their perfect property via the website or mobile App they can message agents in real time and be chatting within seconds to arrange a viewing.

As well as all of the features and functionality available, artificial intelligence and machine learning is built into the platform which, over time, will provide intelligence for both consumers and brokers, allowing them to make more informed decisions, as well as helping them connect and communicate more efficiently.

Dalton added: “The advances in technology have been dramatic in recent years and consumers expectations are increasing every day. We therefore wanted to build a platform with machine learning at its core to allow us to continually enhance and improve the user experience, provide users with useful intelligence and help ensure greater transparency, analysis and insight into the UAE property market.”

Zoom Property will initially be available for those looking for property to buy in the UAE but has regional and global expansion plans. And with a pipeline of exciting and innovative features to be announced in the coming months, the platform looks set to shake-up the real estate sector providing a refreshing alternative for both property hunters, real estate agents and developers.
