Work begins on six tower project in Dubai’s JVC

Ground breaking has taken place on the site of a new six tower residential complex located in Dubai’s fast-growing residential suburb, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Designed by Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO), the project is valued at AED 410mn ($111.6mn) and covers an area of 100,000sqft. The buildings will be constructed by Ghantoot Gulf Contracting Company for owner HNI Clients Real Estate.

Each building will comprise of a ground floor, four levels of parking above ground and 15 further floors.

Rahim Lari, ARACO General Manager, said: “The buildings will add a total of 772 apartments to JVC, consisting of 75 studio units, 655 one-bedroom apartments and 42 two bedroom apartments. The development will offer residents a view of the gardens and parks in JVC and will also provide integrated services such as kids play areas, fitness spaces, swimming pools, and parking for all residents.”

To complete the project within 17 months, construction on all six sites will begin simultaneously under ARACO’s supervision. The company’s scope of work included architectural design, MEP and structural engineering and obtaining the necessary licenses from all relevant bodies.
