Sharjah: Arada launches Anber community in Aljada project
Following unprecedented sales at Aljada, Sharjahs largest mixed-use megaproject, Arada has launched the Anber Community, a collection of exceptionally designed villas and townhouses located near the heart of the development.
In total, 84 homes are being released for sale at a special launch event featuring exclusive payment plans and incentives for attendees taking place on October 14 at the Radisson Blu Resort in Sharjah.
Aljada, a master-planned destination covering over 2.2ssqkm that is set to transform the future of Sharjah, was unveiled by HH Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Since that date, and helped by Aradas first appearance at the Cityscape Global real estate showpiece, over 500 units in Aljadas Phase 1 have been snapped up by buyers, making the project Sharjahs fastest-selling residential community.
