Nakheel reveals Palm Jumeirah illumination plan at Cityscape Global

Master developer Nakheel will light up Palm Jumeirah with a 16 km display of colour along the island’s trunk, bridges and crescent, it was revealed at Cityscape Global.

The illuminations, primarily the colours of the UAE flag and a range of blues to reflect The Palm’s waterfront location, were among the projects unveiled to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai when he toured the Nakheel stand.

The lights will be a permanent fixture, with special displays on key dates such as UAE National Day and New Year’s Eve. More details will be revealed in due course.
