Macro wins $7.35mn FM contract in the UAE

Macro has won a three-year integrated facilities management contract with Evolvence Knowledge Investments (EKI) to manage three schools in the United Arab Emirates.

The AED 27m contract was awarded to Macro following a competitive tender process and covers one of the largest schools in Dubai, Repton School, which has 2,200 pupils, together with Foremarke School Dubai and Repton School Abu Dhabi, which have 1,000 pupils combined.

Macro will provide an integrated FM solution, including a 24/7 helpdesk and Computer Aided FM (CAFM) system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), reactive and planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, reviews of asset data, quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE), budgeting and procurement of FM specialist contractors.

Macro has previously provided FM at Repton School Dubai, where the company provided a comprehensive review of all FM policies and procedures, and the development of new and enhanced processes.
